1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of menscollectionny.com and any order placed through it, and the agreement is with Mens Collection, 5103 New Utrecht Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219.

By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You confirm that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can, using the facts supplied to us for that garment.

Colours can render differently between screens, and measurements are approximate and taken flat unless stated otherwise. Where a description contains an error we reserve the right to correct it. Nothing on a product page is a warranty beyond the description itself.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order placed at a price that was obviously wrong.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we accept it and dispatch the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where the billing information cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping terms are set out in the Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in the Refund Policy.

Both policies form part of these terms. In short: standard shipping is $8, free over $70, Express is $15, and returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn items with tags attached.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store unlawfully or in a way that interferes with its operation.

That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, scraping the site at a scale that degrades it for other users, and reproducing site content for commercial use without our written permission.
