How to measure
- Chest — measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, with the tape level and one finger of slack.
- Waist — measure around the waist where you actually wear the trouser, not where a belt loop sits highest.
- Inside leg — measure from the crotch seam straight down to where you want the hem to sit, in the shoes you will wear.
- Garment chest, laid flat — button or zip it, lay it flat, measure across from armpit to armpit and double the number.
Choosing between two sizes
Fit names on the product page tell you which way to go.
Slim sits close to the body — take your usual size, or the next one up if you plan to layer something underneath. Regular leaves room to move; take your usual size. Relaxed and classic are the roomiest; take your usual size unless you want it oversized. If a measurement falls between two rows above, take the larger.
If you are still unsure, email support@menscollectionny.com with the garment and your chest or waist measurement and we will tell you which size we would send.
