Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders to addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

2. Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $8, free on orders over $70, and Express shipping is $15.

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout and shown before payment. The free-shipping threshold is applied to the order total after any discounts and before tax.

3. Order processing

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

Our daily cutoff is 12 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cutoff are picked up on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery times

Standard delivery arrives in 4–8 business days after dispatch; Express is faster.

Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed, and does not include the 1–2 business day processing period. Weekends and public holidays are not transit days. Carrier delays, severe weather and incorrect addresses can extend these estimates.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, email support@menscollectionny.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

6. Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

We ship to the address supplied at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed; the second postage is charged at the standard rate. If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.

7. Damaged or missing items

Report a damaged or missing item within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@menscollectionny.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the item. Where the fault is ours we cover the replacement or refund, including return postage.
