Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship across the United States, and standard delivery arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Orders are packed on business days. Anything placed after the daily cutoff is picked up the next business day, and weekends and public holidays are not counted as transit days. Exact rates are on the Shipping Policy page.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.
The item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Start a return by emailing support@menscollectionny.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, faulty or not what was ordered — then we cover it. There is no restocking fee.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving back with us.
The money goes back to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on a statement after that is up to the bank or card issuer, and is usually another few business days.
How do I choose a size?
Sizes run XS through XXXL, and trousers run waist 28 through 46.
Fits differ between garments and each product page states which it is. A slim fit sits close to the body and is designed to work as a base layer. A regular fit leaves room to move. A relaxed or classic fit is the roomiest of the three. If you are between sizes or plan to layer underneath, take the larger one. Measurements are on the Size Guide page.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — within the same 30-day window, on the same condition terms as a return.
Email support@menscollectionny.com with your order number and the size or colour you want instead. If the replacement is out of stock we refund rather than hold the order.
Can I visit the store?
Yes. We are at 5103 New Utrecht Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11219, open Sunday through Friday.
We are closed on Saturday, and Friday is a short day, closing at 2 PM. Full hours and a map are on the Contact page.
